What are reusable luxury Christmas crackers?

Reusable celebration crackers are a more sustainable alternative to single use traditional celebration crackers, designed to be reused year after year.

How do I use reusable luxury Christmas crackers?

Our celebration crackers come fully assembled with ribbon fastening at each end, simply unfasten the ribbon at one end, remove the lid to the reusable card canister and fill with a token gift or anecdote, replace the lid, wrap the outer cloth and re tie the ribbon. Voila! You're ready to celebrate sustainably!

When can I use reusable Christmas crackers?

The possibilities are endless, we intentionally use holiday neutral prints to maximise our crackers end use.. think birthdays, promotions at work, dinner with pals,  engagements, weddings, cultural holidays...  for any special occasion! 

How long will it take for you to ship my order?

We aim to have your made to order goods shipped no longer than 10 days after order placement. We will be in touch directly if this is likely to change.

What are your luxury Christmas crackers made from?

We use all natural materials, cotton fabric, natural dyes, a recyclable card canister with lid and a cotton drawstring bag to keep your crackers clean and dust free. All of our packaging is recyclable.

Are your luxury Christmas crackers eco friendly?

They certainly are! They're made from all natural fabrics and are designed to last year after year.

Can I collect my order to avoid paying for shipping?

Absolutely, we are happy to offer a pick up option for local buyers.

Do your luxury Christmas crackers come with party hats and jokes?

No, we're really passionate about reducing waste so we don't sell our crackers with hats or jokes.

Do your luxury christmas crackers pull like a traditional cracker?

No, our crackers are designed to be unwrapped and reused each year.

Can I wash my luxury Christmas crackers?

Yes, if required all of our crackers can be machine washed on a delicate cycle using a mild detergent.

I've changed my mind, can I make a return? 

Provided they are in perfect, saleable condition and still in their original packaging, you can return unwanted items, though I'm afraid you'll need to pay for the return postage. Please contact me before you return anything so I can approve the return and confirm any relevant details!

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

Quality is at the heart of everything we do, each item is inspected thoroughly prior to despatch but if you do come across an issue please email hello@goodfete.co.uk with images and a description of the issue and we will resolve accordingly.
